Becoming Parents with Purpose: Online Family Therapy in Kansas
Event Description:
Stepping into parenthood is more than a practical transition…it’s an emotional, relational, and identity shift.
This 6-week experience is designed to help participants thoughtfully prepare for this new season of life with clarity, intention, and support.
Rather than focusing only on logistics, we’ll explore the deeper questions that often surface: Who am I becoming? What matters most? How do I stay grounded when things feel uncertain?
By the end of the six weeks, participants will be able to articulate a guiding sense of meaning and purpose for this season, identify anticipated struggles and existential tensions related to becoming a parent, and develop intentional ways of responding to stress, uncertainty, and identity shifts.
Each person will leave with practical, values-based actions they can use when tension arises, along with a flexible foundation they can carry into future life transitions, not just parenthood.
