Why I Became a Therapist

What I find the most rewarding is helping clients reconnect with their inner strength—supporting them as they realize they already have the tools they need to heal and grow. It's an honor to hold space for these moments of transformation, no matter how small they may seem.

Expertise:

Anxiety Treatment

I understand how overwhelming anxiety can feel—not just for the individual, but for the whole family. When anxiety is left unaddressed, it can create cycles of worry and isolation. In therapy, I help clients build emotional regulation skills and develop healthier ways of coping, so that anxiety no longer dictates the pace of their lives.

Depression Treatment

Depression can impact self-esteem, relationships, and daily functioning in ways that feel heavy and exhausting. I’ve seen firsthand how untreated depression affects both teens and their families, leaving everyone feeling stuck. My approach focuses on creating a safe space to explore these struggles while guiding clients toward greater hope, resilience, and connection.

Family Therapy

Families are deeply interconnected systems, and when one person struggles, the ripple effect is felt by everyone. I work with families to strengthen communication, increase understanding, and restore balance. Together, we explore how emotional regulation and self-esteem play a role in family dynamics, so relationships can feel more supportive and connected.

Therapy with Teens

I’m continually inspired by the resilience and insight that teens bring into the therapy room. Adolescence is a season of change and growth, and when teens are given a safe, nonjudgmental space, they can make powerful strides in understanding themselves and their relationships. I help teens and their families navigate challenges while building confidence, emotional awareness, and healthier connections.
