I believe therapy is about more than overcoming challenges. It's about having a safe space where you can be yourself, feel heard without judgment, and discover the strength you may not realize you have. Everyone deserves support, and no one should have to navigate life's challenges alone.

Why I Became a Therapist
I've always been drawn to helping others, especially during some of their most difficult moments. My experience in crisis intervention reinforced how meaningful it can be to simply listen, offer support, and remind someone that they aren't alone. I became a therapist because I wanted to continue making that difference beyond the moment of crisis, helping people heal, grow, and build a better future for themselves.
Expertise:
Anxiety
My interest in working with individuals experiencing anxiety comes from seeing how deeply it can affect every aspect of a person's life. Through my experience in crisis intervention, I have witnessed how overwhelming thoughts and emotions can make even everyday challenges feel difficult to manage. I enjoy helping individuals better understand their anxiety, develop healthy coping strategies, and regain a sense of control and confidence. Most importantly, I want clients to recognize that anxiety does not define who they are and that meaningful change and growth are possible.
Depression
My interest in working with individuals experiencing depression comes from seeing how isolating and exhausting emotional struggles can be. Through my experience supporting individuals in distress, I have witnessed how depression can impact a person's motivation, relationships, and overall sense of well-being. I enjoy helping clients rediscover hope, recognize their strengths, and reconnect with a sense of purpose. I find it especially rewarding to celebrate small victories alongside clients as they build confidence, make meaningful changes, and begin to see new possibilities for their future.
Therapy for Teens
My interest in working with teens comes from recognizing how challenging adolescence can be as young people navigate emotional, social, and developmental changes. I understand how important it is for teens to have a safe, supportive space where they feel heard, understood, and comfortable expressing themselves. I enjoy helping teens better understand their emotions, develop healthy coping skills, and build confidence in who they are. I believe providing support during these formative years can strengthen resilience, encourage personal growth, and create a foundation for emotional well-being into adulthood.
Play Therapy
My interest in play therapy comes from understanding that children often express their emotions and experiences through play when they may not yet have the words to communicate what they are feeling. I believe children benefit from a safe, supportive environment where they can explore their emotions in ways that feel natural and comfortable to them. I value using developmentally appropriate approaches that help children feel understood, build confidence, and develop healthy coping skills. I look forward to continuing to strengthen my skills in play-based interventions to support children as they process their experiences, navigate challenges, and grow emotionally.
