Group for parents to help their child(ren) with emotional regulation by learning strategies for it and gaining insight into their and their child's emotional experience.

This group will be help via our HIPAA compliant telehealth platform.
Pricing:
$30 per parenting/caregiver set (2 people) for the entire 6 week series, due upon registration

Session Focus:
Explain faulty thinking and its effects on our emotions
Session Purpose:
We’ll explore how your thoughts shape the way you interact with your child.
By noticing your thinking patterns—especially during stressful moments—you’ll learn to pause, reframe, and respond intentionally, fostering clearer, calmer, and more connected interactions.

Have parents be aware of their thought patterns and that they do not have to automatically accept their thoughts as true
